To initiate a game forfeit, please fill out the below form and submit it no later than 5pm on Fridays. Once submitted, the form is sent to our Club Secretary, Trudy Haygarth, who will then notify the MWFA (Manly Warringah Football Association) accordingly.

In the event that you need to forfeit your game after the 5pm Friday deadline, kindly text the following details to Trudy at 0450 908 490:

Example:
Club: Pittwater RSL FC
Opposition: Other team
Age/Div: U12 / 04
Date: Date of the game
Time: Time of the game
Field: Kitchener Park

Upon receiving this information, the MWFA will promptly inform both the Referees Association and the club responsible for providing the field.

Please note that failure to advise the MWFA of a forfeit may result in fines imposed on the respective clubs. It is crucial to adhere to these procedures to ensure a smooth process for all clubs involved.
